I got my mate Thomas here to post for me as I don't play anymore myself.
I'm known as Muthsera ingame and I felt I needed to put my cents in here when I read this post. It's been a few months since I last logged in. But I've been under my fair share of FC's in the game. To name but a few:
Cartiff, Buddrow, Kirin, TerminusX, Naphtalia, Sloth, Lamb Chop, Lunas, Munch, Eddz, Ender, Darko, Sjoor, Joe, Phonix, Evil, Gen, Noob, Eelak and I'm sure, a lot more muppets. =)
There are some FC's though I'd like to have flown under. Like TWD, Lallante, DB P, H Zub and Artegg. But never have. ( TWD espesially, He got a good fanboi right here =) Btw, I never got why shin didn't want any excorp members of mine in their pants with them, you don't know what your missing ;-)
Anyway, as it turned into a naming fest, I'll move on, these are just most of the guys I can remember right now.
However, the best FC I've ever had the plessure of killing under is Zincol. By far. He's head and shoulders above everyone else when he's switched on. I don't really care who you dig out or what you make of that. Although he's a damn tough leader to fly under and thats not everyones cup of tea I'll idmit, as he's really demandind and hates losses, any losses, try losing anything above a frig to stupidity and you'll never hear the end of it, although he's mellowed some the last year. We've had our fair share of disagreements, but it's all good mate. I'm sure we've made enough people quit EVE.
That being said though, when he's switched on, you better be somewhere else, there is nobody I know or know of in EVE that have the same tactical knowlage, situational awareness, determination, drive, skill and insight to lead on the battlefield. He have an extreme knowlege in what it takes to turn a battle and come out on top with minimum losses. He is damn good at what he does. I mean that as sincerely as I can put it. There are many good FC's out there, many I considder my friends. But Zinc is by far the best I've ever flown under. I'm supriced by the lack of people who have mentioned him in here. I feel that have something to do with his demanding character.
I don't want to turn this post into a beefing thread of FC's I know well. But I support what Flinx said. And I just want to add. I don't fly under half assed FC's for long.
Oh... One more thing.... WTH GUYS!!! The same sodding setup????!!11one1?? And not targeting the Basillisks???? #*mumbles something about people being noobs =) #* *still annoyed*
